Additional definitions and terms utilized by and common to both the End User License Agreement ("EULA" or “Custom EULA”) and the Privacy and Security Policy ("PSP") for the Candle Sorted App
Definitions #
App #
App means an application distributed by Candela Global, LLC designed to run on a native platform. E.g. Apple MacOS, Apple iOS, Google Android, Huawei HarmonyOS, Microsoft Windows, etc. Apps is the plural of App.
Application Provider #
Application Provider means an entity that creates and App that is distributed via a Distribution Platform and may or may not make user of External Services
Content #
Content means commands, elements or materials that can be transmitted or displayed electronically.
Custom EULA #
Custom EULA means EULA with regard to the Apple App Store; Distribution Platform.
Distribution Platform #
Distribution Platform means any service utilized by Candela Global, LLC to facilitate the sale, distribution, and operational support of an App. This may include but is not limited to the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery or Microsoft Store.
Device #
Device means a hardware built, designed, sold and/or distributed by a Distribution Platform or a device made by any manufacturer that is running an operating system that works with and can receive or take delivery of an App from a Distribution Platform. E.g. Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery or Microsoft Store.
Where the Distribution Platform is the Apple App Store Device would mean an Apple-branded device running an Apple-branded operating system.
Where the Distribution Platform is the Google Play Store Device would mean a hardware device from any hardware vendor running the Android operating system or Google-branded operating system.
Where the Distribution Platform is the Huawei AppGallery Device would mean a hardware device from any hardware vendor running the Android operating system, HarmonyOS operating system, or Huawei-branded operating system.
Where the Distribution Platform is the Huawei AppGallery or Microsoft Store Device would mean a hardware device from any hardware vendor running the Windows operating system or Microsoft-branded operating system.
EULA #
EULA means End User Licence Agreement.
External Services #
External Services means services beyond the App that are used to support App functionality and various capabilities, data processing, content distribution, storage, etc. via third-party services and websites.
